Metal Valve Extenders?

I had issues this past weekend with the valve extenders that came on my coach leaking and causing a flat. They removed them but now I can't get to the back tire to fill it if i need to or to adjust pressures. I did some research on here and lots of people are recommended the metal dual extenders that were all metal. Some people included some links but the links were bad. Are these still recommended. I have a 22k chassis and 19.5k. Anyone know where i get them and specifically which ones i need?

Try here.
These are the one piece valve stems that eliminate the extensions.

I just bought a set from the Camping World store in Byron, GA for less than $50 on sale. This set fits a F53 with 19.5 tires. I could not find them on their website but I called them and they had a lot of them. The regular price was about $95. I am having them installed today. Call or go to the nearest CW and see what they have in stock. The part numbers are DL3FC valve stem, CW's number 84731 that fit my 2011 F53. I hope that you get some. They also had kits to fit other chassis on sale.
