Did anyone else notice the January 09 issue of MH Mag was only 66 pages? I thought it felt awfully light when I took it out of the mailbox. When I looked back at previous issues, they ranged from 82 pages to 122 pages.

After you pull out the ads and inserts what do you have left. I dropped my subscription, it just can't hold a candle to these forums anymore.

We were disappointed, with the January issue too! We have about four months to go with our subscription. Doubt if we will renew.

I would say you had better get use to it for a while. It is not just MH mag. but I just received several boating pubs that also are about two thirds of what they normally are. Just opened up another MH pub. and it was half as thick. I think it is just a sign of the times. Less advertisers, increase costs and less subscribers. Many pubs are giving away their mags just to maintain a reader base so they still command their ad rates.

The first thing I do is pull out all of the inserts wanting me to subscribe, or renew. Then after about 10 minutes in the bathroom, ( good place for this trash) I am finished with the whole mess. They need to rethink whether or not they want to continue publishing a magazine if this is the best that they can do. They will not get me renewal in April. Just sorry that I have to wait that long to stop getting this pathetic excuse for a magazine. One nice thing, is that I don't have to get used to it.

Not necessarily. I had a relative that passed away with dozens of magazine subscriptions with outstanding issues. I contacted each one, canceling them & got refund checks for the unused subscriptions. Granted, sometimes it was only a couple dollars, but hey, money is money. I believe all magazines have a website where you can cancel a subscription.

Our local Monday Newspaper almost had more pages that MH Mag and it looks like a flyer in the Sunday paper!

I am disappointed with the quantity of material offered in the publication. I would have to agree that there's more to read and do here on iRV2 than in MH Mag.

Thaks for the confirmation guys. My subscription ran out about 4-5 months ago and I was wondering whether I had made a mistake not renewing-I guess not. Ken....

I wonder what the next month's magazine will be like? The smaller magazines are also seen in Trailer Life as well as Time and other weekly publications. Also, just look at the content in the Good Sam Clubs Highways magazine; it is virtually the same stuff that we see in MH and Trailer Life. With all the stuff on the internet, one wonders if magazines are relevant any more.

Our subscription ran out this month and I have no intent to renew. The DW does not read it and I learn more here and generate less material for the landfill.
