MH's with 1-1/2 baths
Hello, everyone! We are looking to get back on the road. We are looking at several Class A's. Husband just can't get excited about Class C's.
We, from experience, know that we definitely want a washer/dryer (NOT the combo).
Has anyone turned a 1/2 bath into a "laundry" area? If so, how did it go?
Can it be done? The plumbing is there, right? Thank you for any advice or suggestions!

If you have the Money .. Anything can be done. But Why ? Every Class A I've seen with a Bath and a Half already has a washer and Dryer or at least a hook up for one.

and to add to Mr Ted, many bath and 1/2 models won't let you get to the rear bath when the slides are in.

Sorry, I'm not following. If you want a stacked (or side by side) washer and dryer, why are you asking about converting a 1/2 bath?
Can you narrow down what you want in terms of size, age, gas or diesel, etc.?
For example, two of the Forest River Georgetown GT7 gasser models can have both a bath and a half and a stacked washer/dryer. https://forestriverinc.com/rvs/class...n-7-series-gt7

There are plenty of class a floor plans that offer 1-1/2 baths AND washer dryer appliances or the place for them already wired and plumbing. All 3 of ours did and 2 of them were 2010 and older gassers. Almost all of the newer DPs offer them too.

Adding washer & dryer, hmmmm
Yes plumbing would be in the bath, will take some extension. Sufficient electrical amps might not be easily sourced.
Also dryer vent would need to be added. Might be able to use existing bath vent but usually dryer vent is in wall not ceiling.

I agree, that IMO would not be a prudent decision.

Could be done but we use ours. Can't get to the rear bath when slides are in without climbing over things.
