Missing lug nut 19.5 tire

Getting ready to hit the road and unnoticed a missing lug nut. Can I pick one up at the local auto parts store?

TRUCK auto store for sure. Some Napa's have them, might have to drive over to the industrial area of town. Just take one in OR measure the thread pitch and the flat to flat dimension.

I had one fall off my 19.5 too once. The tire shop didn't torque it to the required 425 ft-lbs. Nearby Truck parts store had them.

If you need a Jam nut that holds on the chrome wheel cover, (but your picture looks like you need the lug nut) they would have those too. Jam nuts only get 40 ft-lbs...too much more and the torque damages the chrome cover, distorts it, and it's a bear to get the wheel cover off of the wheel after that.

Doesn't look like a lug nut to me. It looks like one of the caps for the wheel cover. Based on the scratching around the hole it probably is one of the caps that screw on the stud to hold the cover on the wheel. Can probably find a replacement on Amazon or one of the mane RV parts sites. Can always take the cover off until you get a replacement cap

That's exactly what it is.
It's a chrome threaded cap that keeps the chrome cover on. There are two of them 180º opposite of each other. You can tell by looking for the indentation on the cap. Remove these 2 threaded caps, remove the chrome cover and then you'll see all the lug nuts.

DO NOT put these caps on with impact gun. You'll strip them out and bust them. Here's the tool that is safe to use or if you have a thin walled socket that will work too.
Size that will work is 1 5/8" on 22.5" tires. Not sure if it's the same size on 19.5" tires.

Actually the chrome cap fits over a jam nut. I got a jam nut from Grainger because I needed a lefty-tighty. Go to a truck stop and you can probably find a jam nut and the chrome cap for it.

It looks as if the Stud is off center in the hole in the wheel. I would check the torque of all of the lug nuts. They could all be loose. You may need to jack the RV up in order to re-center the wheel on the hub properly. If you had work done recently ( recently being since last long trip ) I would have all of the lug nuts checked for proper torque.

As MrTommy posted, Its just a chrome trim center hub cap. Has nothing to do with the wheel itself. You install the wheel, lug nuts and torque, then slip the hub cap over the protruding studs, then the 2 decorative lug nuts and hand tighten. The missing piece is a thin SS cap that is staked onto a nut.(Dimples) On my Winnebago the nuts where plastic, thus even more important to use the hand wrench. You just snug them. My RV dealership carries those replacement packs on the shelf. Amazon has them too. Large truck shops all carried way to big for my FW.

As others have said, that is just holding on the wheel simulator (“hub cap”). Here’s an example: https://www.amazon.com/Phoenix-USA-P...99&sr=8-4&th=1

I would take the wheel simulator off until you get the pieces you need to have it installed properly you may need to take the wheel simulator off one of your other wheels to see exactly what parts you need
