Most important safety component on your rig?

Many say that the most important safety device is the one between your ears. How true.

However, in terms of mechanical components, OE or add-ons, what do you consider the most important for your safety on your MH?

The propane or LP gas detector. Tires and brakes are good but a propane leak can cost you dearly.

The total desogn of the steering system on my Spartan chassis,......BECAUSE it's the single-MOST important life-saving piece of equipment that is under MY control in event of a front tire blowout. I know I can trust my own ability to work the steering wheel correctly.

If you're asking about the most important safety feature that we've added, I would have to say the SteerSafe steering stabilizers that I installed in case of front tire blowout!

Seat belts. Nothing worse than flying through a windshield.

I have a new 2018 Fleetwood southwind and had the Tyron system installed on the wheels. Helps in case of a blow out. Do a you tube search great product. Also TPMS is a must
