Is that tax deductible at all? What if someone is full timing in the rig, so thus its their "home"?
You don't have to full time to get an exemption as it is considered a 2nd home as long as it is self contained. Of course, it you own it outright it makes no difference since there is no mortgage.

Personal property tax is almost the same as real estate taxes here in Mo. Within .25%. It's a rip. All I know I'm paying $1000/year of my taxes to some womens shelter workshop. It should be legal to put a boot up here arse.

That's it.
Oh, there is a sales tax when purchased of 6%.

Just got Tennessee tags, transfered registration from Fl. cost $35 for a year. BTW truck and car also $35 each.

Registration/ Tag renewal for New Jersey just came. 36 ft. class A $71.50 for the year. No personal property taxes but you pay a 6% sales tax when purchasing the unit.
