Yup, forgot about that one. I used feeler gauges to center the wheel on the hub and then tightened the lug nuts once centered. A little harder to do with the rear dually wheels. But you can cut the right thickness feeler gauge and insert to the top left and top right of the inside wheel and use rest of feeler gauge on the outside wheel and then tighten it all up.

Best is to find / buy the centering sleeves. but feeler gauges is a quick fix for diagnosing if this is the problem.

Yes the sleeves work great and are not expensive. When I found out now much difference it made by doing the front I did the rear axle as well.

You need to get as specific as possible.

Is it certain speed(s)?
Does it only happen when accelerating/slowing?
Is it only when going straight?
If I accelerate does it go away immediately?

Depending on the above it could be; torque converter, wheel bearings, etc. IMO.
