Of course, now that I look at the picture, you can read the active ingredient is Balsam Fir Needle Oil.

Cedar is a minor ingredient, but I have allergies to it, so I left it out.

And now that I check out their website at FAQ | earthkind

I guess it is safe to post a quote from them...

"Fresh Cab is a natural blend of plant cellulose fiber (corn cobs) and essential oils of balsam fir, lavender, Spanish rosemary, cedar, orange, and lemon. This mixture is sold within breathable fabric pouches that can be placed or hung in areas you want to keep fresh and protected. Each pouch weighs about 2.5 oz."
