2005 Winnebago Suncruiser 37B. I found that running at 65MPH I got a bit less than 7MPG and sometimes a bit more than 7MPG.. Running at aprox 60 between 7.5 and 7.9MPG. Those numbers are with towing my 4 dr Jeep Wrangler. With at my back I have averag
ed over 8MPG on ocassion. I have a Banks unit installed.

8 - 9.XX mpg consistently. That is cruising @ 60mph (454 w/4L80E) No tow.

One thing I take not of while on the road. Wind direction. I'll keep an eye out for flags flying and not their pointing direction.

Thanks
We owned a 30' gasser for about 31000 miles and averaged 8.06 over that entire time. It was driven in varying conditions from 70 mph freeway to 55 mph two lane. My wife did better than I did simply by driving slower

2016 36' Tiffin Open Road, towing, over the last two years, 6.91 mpg. About what I expected. I'm good with that.

45 ft DP ISX15 only 5.6mpg towing a Wrangler or not. Better if low % bio.

I drive 65 most the time and normally on interstates. Could do better a bit slower or if no traffic jams but then on top of the above genny uses some fuel also...

2000 class a with cat 3126, last trip:

1400 miles
Mountains, traffic, mix of city band highway driving
No tow vehicle
Generator on all the time (uses 1/2 gallon to 1 gallon per hour)
Traveling 60-70 mph, most 65 or so.
Diesel #2 only, no biodiesel

Averaged 9.4 mpg.

Figure it would have been about 11 mpg with the generator off… higher if no mountains.

That’s pretty darn good, moving a 33,000 pound house on wheels…

We are 45' pulling and F-150, with 450HP (ISL9) , and get a reliable 7.5-8 mpg running 65mph. 65 is a good speed because I'm not confident in how fast I can stop 54,000 lbs. in a panic situation!

If you are concerned about MPG then you shouldn’t own an RV!!
