MPH I-90 east of Butte, MT

Labor Day weekend 2019, we are heading home to Arkansas from our big trip to glacier national park. We crossed the continental divide at Homestake Pass on I-90, just east of Butte, MT. WOW WHAT A CLIMB. We are driving a 2008 Monaco Camelot 42’ with a Cummins 400 ISL and pulling a Chevy Tahoe. We got all the way down to 26mph in second gear. Engine temp stayed right at 200, and although it was slow, everything seemed fine. Anybody else go that slow eastbound over homestake pass? Please include your MH model, HP, and GVW.

Yep, it's a climb, speed sounds normal.

Normal Montana road. Not as high as the rockies in Colorado. I like the long pull up it much better than the decent. Gives time to enjoy the scenery.
