Multiple day parking
First we are new to RVing, only having our first Motorhome for a few months now.
We are planning a trip to the Humble, TX area New Years Day through the following weekend. We would like to travel in our Class A MH but plan to stay at my Mom’s home. She has no room to accommodate parking for our rig. Looking for suggestions or tips for finding a place to simply park, not dry camp, our MH for 4 days. There is a Flying-J nearby. I do plan to call them and ask about parking for a few days vs just overnight.

I would search the usual places; Storage lots, craigslist ads, etc.
If you belong to a certain church type you might find one similar that would let you park in the back of their lot.
As much as I like to travel in the motorhome, the extra costs in this case might not be worth the trouble.
Good luck.

I would never leave my RV unattended in a Flying J lot "for a few days".

I agree that Flying J (or Walmart, etc) are not good places to leave an unattended rig for days.
Many campgrounds have storage lots with reasonable daily, weekly or monthly rates. Contact nearby campgrounds to check on this. Or nearby RV dealers or RV Repair shops. Or Camping World. Any of these may have a way to accommodate you for a few days.

X3. I would not leave my rig unattended in an unsecured parking lot for more than about 10 minutes. "When the cat's away . . . ."

We were visiting some friends in Phoenix and I parked our rig in a storage lot (Dollar Storage, I think) for 5 days. It was secure and I was able to leave the fridge on also. I only paid a small amount for one month.
Happy Glamping.

This place advertises weekly rates. Perhaps they will discuss daily.

I realize it's your first motorhome, but for a distance of 600 miles or so each way, I would also recommend not taking the MH, since you don't intend to use it, other than as a means of transportation.
