You may get more attention to your issues if you post over at the Winnebago Owners forum.

I bet dagreen listed those issues off the top of his head and forgot about a dozen more things that should have been on the list.

The first thing you will need is documentation of everything. Both from you and the dealer/manufacture.

Second, is to speak with an attorney to find out exactly what your state lemon laws are.

Good luck, you're in an uphill battle.

Every new RV is a lemon. I've fixed 80+ small items on my new 2015 Discovery. There is over 300+ systems, somethings going to break. If everything was perfect it would cost a million or be so heavy 2 engines would be needed.

I agree that our motorhomes will never be perfect, but his list is pretty extensive. Not sure why Winnebago is not taking care of the issues. Is it out of warranty? Is the issue with Winnebago or the dealer?

Was it bought new or used (even though a 2015)? If the problems were presented during the warranty period, I don't see how they can weasel out. There may be some information we must be missing.

A lot of those issues sound like water was left in the rv and it froze, that would not be a defect and not covered under Winnie's warranty.

Where did you purchase the MH from? Have you gone back to the dealer?

I have had good luck with calling the Winnebago Help Line. (800) 537-1885 Better to call mid week because Mondays can be quite busy. Sometimes you have to be patient before the call is answered.
