Put a $100 Amazon ozone generator inside the car. Start the car, turn the air to recirculate, fan on high, start the ozone generator, shut the door, let it run for 15-20 minutes. Smells gone.

Make sure condensate drain is open, condensor fins are clear and allow free air flow. Bleach in the ducting should be a no-no.

As another poster suggested use and ozone generator - we use one that REQUIRES all people and pets leave the building - it works like a champ for us.
