Mystery Washer Leak

So the saga continues on our mystery leak... REALLY hoping someone has faced something similar and may have some advice for us...

So our W/D is in the back bathroom of our 2018 Phaeton, right next to a big closet. It all started when we noticed the stuff we has stored in the bottom of the closet was super wet.

After MUCH troubleshooting, i traced the leak to a drip coming off the plywood under the washer. I found that closing the input hot and cold valves directly behind the washer did not stop the leak. But if I closed the valves behind the toilet (shuts the shower and the washer) then I could see the leak stop after a few mins. And to be clear - I am CERTAIN it is not the waste line overflowing - ruled that out first.

So i am thinking it is one of two things - either the one of the valves to the washer are bad AND there is a leak in the machine OR it is some kind of a leak between the toilet valve and the washer valve - i lean toward the latter...

I know i cant take out the machines by myself, so i added this to the list of stuff for my annual service trip. And of course they could not replicate the leak and it passed a pressure test. Then they winterized it - so now I cant really do anything until we get to warm again - we are headed back out in Feb for the rest of the year.

So I guess i just have to roll with it - perhaps its has somehow self-resolved? this doesnt sit well with me.... Do I get some help and pull the W/D - check and/or replace what connections I can get to? I am kinda stuck at this point.

Get some help. You'll need it. Mine had a cement weight in the bottom to help stabilize it.

Well your Tiffin is several steps above my Bounder so take it for what it's worth.

I had a very small leak under my Splendiee Combo. I kept thinking some underwear in the drawer below wasn't getting dry. Finally got to tracking it down and I found the fitting on the P-trap had a flaw in it.

To pull the washer I had to remove the back wall of the cabinet above as Fleetwood didn't put access to the stop valves. (Not surprised as they covered the valve for the ice maker too.)

Once I got that done I built a table on a moving dolly I have making it the height the same as the cabinet floor. Pulled the combo out and was able to wheel it out of the way. Rebuilt the drain pipe, and secured it from flopping around. Seven plus feet horizontal pipe plus the stand pipe just flopping around.

Got pinched for time so I still need to put in an access panel to get to the valves but at least I have no leak.

I'd suspect the packing nut on your cold or hot supply need tightening behind the washer.

On ours, we have an access hole in the closet so you can operate those valves as well as plug in the washer and dryer.

If this a "regular" hose bib type of valve (see picture) I'd feel under under the shut off handle where a round shaft goes through the packing nut. Inside that nut is a compressible material that get's tightened as that nut is tightened. If there is water weeping from that shaft, simply grab a small adjustable crescent (tie a string to it so you can get it back out from behind the washer if you drop it!), and then tighten that nut about 1/8-1/4 turn. It does not need to be "killer" tight - you're just snugging the internal gasket.

Our water leak was coming from the Splendide's supply lines(loose connections.) Had to pull the closet's fwd/aft wall and slide the unit out of it's doors a bit to gain access. A little tightening stopped the leak. After I dried the compartment out, I turned the discolored panel upside down so if it ever leaked again, it would be more noticeable - so far, so good.

Our Splendide has outside venting and while pulled out, I disconnected the vent and vacuumed it out...almost 70% clogged with lint. Out of sight...
