NADA provides the base price for DPs but then you need to add on the options which increase the price dramatically.

I have to disagree, and strongly. First of all, you have to correctly identify what was optional vs standard equipment already included in the base price. The "base" is the typical equipment, which may be more than what is listed as options on the sales brochure. Most DPs come very well equipped, so rarely would there be enough adds to have much effect on the price. And when you sell or trade, a dealer doesn't even bother asking about options.
In my opinion you should never add any of the options available in the NADA listing. It's just going to make you think the RV is worth more than the market will bear.
