Need Help finding part

I have a Tire-SafeGuard system. I have been unsuccessful contacting any form of customer service from them. Calls go unanswered, voice mail does do any good either, emails are not replied to after several attempts weeks apart.
This is what I need

It is the battery compartment cap.

Anyone know where I can get several of these. If I ever need another one sure don't want to go through this again.

Don't have the system but I did do a quick search to see what I could find. Found their website with phone and email. Figured I'd pass it along in case they were different from what you have already tried.

Edited to add: Just called the phone (1035 hours central) and it was answered. Didn't know which model you had so couldn't ask for specific part numbers.
