Need help identifying parts

In Arizona, the heat gets to plastic things. I have a 2006 Fleetwood Excursion. There are small panels on each side that say "hot." They have 4 screws going into a black plastic surround and those surround pieces have broken. Does anyone know what the plastic piece the covers screw into is called? Or where I can find them? I cannot figure out how to insert a picture (jpg) into a post. I searched the FAQs and it said I had to create an album, but I cannot find anything under User CP to let me create one. The only thing I can find is that a picture can be inserted from a URL, but I do not own a web site to host my pictures that are on my computer. Is there a ssimple way tyo put a picture into a post to try to ID this part? Thank you
