Need help on Newmar purchase

What would be better 2017 4519 Mountain Air or 2019 4369 Dutch Star both priced at 325K both wiith 20k miles. Any input would helpful or should I look at some thing else would like to purchase price around 350k.

The Mountain Aire comes with the ISX 500 HP / 1800 Torque and Allison 4000 trans.

It depends of course.

If both are in the same basic condition, then the Mountain Aire is the better coach. Two feet longer, more standard amenities, and bigger engine/transmission.

That said, buy the one with the floorplan that you like the best.

In my opinion, for that kind of money, I'd buy an older pre-def unit and spend the dough remodeling it to exactly how you want it. Doesn't sound like you are worried about losing value, so putting $$ into it is not a concern. As far as horse power, the transmission does most of the work so the only time you will notice anything is going up a hill and then you are still limited to 55mph in most states. Remember that max speed, per manufacture, is 70mph.

All other things being equal, I'd take the Mountainaire. It's a larger, more premium model. But if I liked the floor plan of the other a little better or almost any other reason, I could readily vote the other way.
