Need help on pull down rear awning

Can someone tell me if the spring on the pull down awning is in the arm or in the roll up head of the awning. I need more tension on the awning to hold it in place while driving. When a big rig goes by it pulls the awning out and then it slams back in place. If I don't strap it down before I hit the road I have to stop and put a tie strap on it to keep it in place. Thanks for the help.

This is a easy one. All you have to do is take the bolt out of the arm. twist the arm around about 5 times and reinstall.
