Need thoughts on potential electrical issue

Hello - What are some thoughts about the following:

2015 Tiffin Allegro Red: after a short test drive - hooked up to 50 amp power; suddenly self leveling jacks won't go down; sliders won't move out; awnings work fine; lights work fine; battery indicates 14.5. Does this sound like an inverter problem? Battery problem? Power hook up problem? Other?

Thank you!

Is your ignition on? May be required for your slides and jacks to work.

Just some thoughts: On some motorhomes the parking brake must be engaged, the key might need to be turned to the On or Accessory position, etc. Do you get any type response or sound from the jacks or slides? Not much help, but hopefully it's something simple.
Thanks,

Both functions, jacks and slides, are interlocked in some manner to prevent operation while in motion. Also both are DC powered along with the awning and installed lights. Plus with 14.5 VDC indicated the Converter/charger is on line indicating shore power is available.

First I would dig out the coach owners manual and verify the required set up for the interlock. Do you need the brakes set in a specific configuration? Ignition on or off? Some other house or chassis switch setting that you normally just do without thinking on arrival at a camp site but you could have forgotten this time such as a safety interlock key switch on the control panel in the wrong position?. If everything is set correctly then you probably going to need to dig deep into the interworks of the rig which can get complicated. Before going down that rabbit hole give Tiffin customer support a call. Could be a simple plug in relay that you can swap to verify with a known working circuit.

Also if both the jacks and slides are hydraulic operated then the pump unit will need checked out. Is the pump turning on but the solenoid valves are not activating? Can you do a manual activation? Is the fluid level correct? Fuses OK?

Try jiggling the ignition key.

Do any of the slides work?

On our Open Road, you must have parking brake engaged and the key in the ignition turned to on to work levelers and slides. I don't know how that coincides with the diesel procedure, but based on your description of what was working/not working, it sounds like that might be it. Can you state state of brake and ignition when you tried to deploy both?

Thank you all for your assistance. This is a Tiffin Red we are looking to purchase - the owner did try working the jacks and slides with the key in the 'on' position as well as with the motor running - no movement or any sounds of trying to move. The side awning however did work. I assume the air brake was properly engaged but I am not sure. Everything worked perfectly before we took it out for a test drive so I do suspect something was just not in the right configuration when he pulled back into the site. We will have it inspected and hopefully a simple explanation will become evident. I will also contact Tiffin to see what they might think. Thank you again!

On my Newmar, the ignition has to be in the accessory position for the levelers to work. The slides will work in the off or accessory position.
