Depending on where you live there are many restrictions on what you can park and where you can park it... You will need to check with the zoning folks to find out if those apply to you.
Also sometimes neighborhoods have Covenants and restrictions.. Which may or may not apply to you and may or may not have the force of law.
So what this means is: I can not answer your question..
But I can give you my opinion of your neigibors.. The one next to the RV pad.. Nice guy.. the other one (Opinion deleted by poster).

Same here: my property, my right. I would not park and old or unsightly model on my property, but if a neighbor didn't like my MH there I would happily let them pay the fee for climate controlled indoor storage
