nEU Fault on my Automated Electrical Control System

We have been on 50 Amp Shore power for over two weeks. We live full time in our 2005 Fleetwood American Tradition. When I got home from work the refrigerator was blasting the NoCo alarm. thinking it just needed reset I went to the board to do that. It wouldnt reset. So I went back in to check things out and surprise...no 110 v lights. I started the generator and all powered up. I shut off the generator and went to the power bin. There was an nEU fault displayed on the Automated Electrical Control System. What is this fault and how do I fix it?Click image for larger version

Can you post a model number?

My guess is the code indicates a problem with the neutral. Have you checked the power post? Have you tried to connect to another post?

If all worked ok when you switched to generator but still had the issue on shore power I think you need to check the circuit breakers on the post 1st.
I think you have a 50 amp meaning 2 hot, 1 neutral and 1 ground wire.

Now your panel shows fault NEU which to me means neutral is your fault.
And that could only be an open neutral wire. White wire.

Hope this helps a bit for now until you tell us more.
