New battery now no generator?

I just had a local auto parts store replace my battery under the hood.....since then, generator will not start manually or from switch on dash....what should I be looking for....did they disconnect something or is this not at all related and just a coincidence?

When you say will not start, does it turn over? Or nothing happens?

Did they replace the chassis/engine battery or the house battery?

Are the connections clean and tight? Checked with a Voltmeter?

The generator usually starts off the house battery that it charges through the converter. Is that battery charged?

If you start the engine and let it run a bit will the generator start or at least turn over? I have used that trick to bring the generator on line when the house battery was too low. The engine alternator also charges the house battery on many units.

Get some answers and somebody will come up with more ideas/information.
