We use plastic bins as well to keep things in place.

I guess I drive to slow or something. I just use rubber shelf liners and don't have a problem.

We have a Samsung fridge in our fifth wheel. Since we got it 7 years ago we have used a set of 3 curtain tension rods with rubber feet from Walmart. I simply shove stuff to the back wall and put the rod in front of it. Still using the same rods and never had an issue with things falling out.

I also have no issues on a French Door GWE19JWSS that is similar to a Samsung. I do try to remember to secure the doors with a reusable rubber twist tie. but often forget till I am on the road. I think packing strategy is critical. I keep everything possible in the doors and use expandable rods across the shelves. If you can keep it from starting to move it probably won't. I have never had the doors come open and have never had anything shift on the shelves.

New Electric Refrigerator

Our Samsung, I went to the boat store, and purchased black nylon straps ( fridge is black ) black snaps like on a life jacket, black metal hooks & eyes. I installed the eyes in the wood frame next to the fridge. Straps removed from eyes if we stay at a location more than over night. Wife can unsnap life jacket snaps to access fridge going down the road.

I use Camco 16-28" refrigerator bars, https://www.amazon.com/Camco-Refrige...8-1&th=1&psc=1, to keep the food in my refrigerator and freezer from moving around and forcing the doors open. They come in single or double bar styles.
