No! But will follow! Suggest an request to the Moderator's to move this to a larger volume - maybe Class A. Or... To see if other's with our era coaches, have found good solutions!

(Certainly. Not unique to CC, with aging electronics...)

Our coach came with an Alpine head unit when we bought it. Every time if I wanted to use it for backup camera, I had to press the power button, go to Aux and select camera.
At one point I took it out, and checked its pins at the back. Followed its user's manual I changed the power from battery full time to ignition. Since then I don't need to touch it and once the engine is up, within 15 seconds the screen will power up and stay on camera automatically.
Unfamiliar with Pioneer, can't help but it might have bundle of functions not being used. You may look up the user's manual and configure it to your liking. Good luck!

The unit I pin stalled in place of the orig pioneer is an android based system I have looked into split screen apps but not found any thing yet as I’m not that tech savvy trial an error guy I am. I did try putting constant in ign didn’t change. Thank you for your input

I replaced mine with just 2 video screens instead of a new stereo unit. One dedicated to the stock rear camera, and I got a 4 camera system from Amazon with a 9 inch screen. I can see any combinations of cameras, I display the 2 side cameras for travelling. It also records full time in case we have an incident. Cameras are wired, and work flawlessly.
I installed a jack to the existing Bose unit to run an mp3 player for music.

Here is a thread that discussed this in detail. My problem with the cameras was with the original head unit and as soon as I upgraded and hooked it up it worked.

Yes the unit switches to side cameras as soon as turn signal is activated and it goes to rear camera when put in reverse. At that point I was so relieved as before that since the CC was new to me I had never seen the cameras work so it was a relief that they worked. The cameras are just plugged into the video input of the head unit and that video cable is from the switching unit behind the dashboard.

Went through similar frustrations a while back. I bought the Joying 10.1 model and it wasn't exactly plug and play, but I did manage to wire things up where I could view either the unit's screen or the rearview camera by wiring in an "on-off-on" switch. Maybe my earlier thread will help:

thanks for that post Mickey so sounds like i need to try hook the orange wire to a 12v source which i thought i tried that and still nothing. Only way i got my cameras on was switching to aux in but then i have to manually turn them on.
