New member help--maybe a Palazzo 33.3

everyone that has a problem with their MH will go on the internet and post about their experience, especially the bad ones.... the bad posts gets way more weight than the good ones. Lots of the negative posters dont even have the Palazzo, mostly second hand info.... but my experience has been very good and lots of Palazzo owners are very happy with their units... we love the floor plan, plenty of sleeping space.... and you get alot a bang for the buck. Quality wise is decent, but if you compare apple to apples to other MH (like we did) the Palazzo always came up on top....

Although my Palazzo does not have the large slide and I have not had any problems I have read extensively about those who have had problems and sympathize with them. Here are a few observations:
- many of the complaints about the Palazzo show a lack of knowledge and/or lack of thorough PDI
- critical elements to proper slide operation are having the coach level and with full electrical power so the motors get enough juice. It is very clear the even if owners are doing this, dealers are not and that is contributing to the problem.
- that is an awfully big slide with a lot of weight on it
- the Palazzo is an entry level DP so has enjoyed success as a lower cost way to get a new DP with a lot of nice features. But some complaints appear to be an expectation of Prevost level quality. That is like paying for a Jeep Patriot and expecting Bentley quality.

I am overall satisfied with my Palazzo with 7K miles on it and just wish I could use it more.

We have a 2014 Palazzo 33.2 with the large slide. No issues at all with the slide since delivery 6 months ago and we are quite satisfied with our purchase. Our previous class c was new and had a lot more issues than the Palazzo.
