New Trucenter

Hi,
Got my new Trucenter last nite and wanted to ask a question. There are 2 boxed areas on the Trucenter on the end where the wire comes out. The larger of the boxed areas has been sealed with what I think is silicone. Thats great! The smaller box on the other sideof the Trucenter has 2 screws, but I cannot see any signs of any silicone.

For those who have installed a Trucenter has anyone noticed any sign of sealing on both of the boxed areas?
