I'm sure there is a fuse. But this (sort of former) newbie has learned that problems like this are less often the fuse or other defect and more often something that I'm not doing right. I spent a panicky two hours unable to get my outside awning retracted, thinking I would have to disassemble it and remove it in order to be able to drive the coach home. Once I slowed down and took a breath I discovered that the awning retracted just fine... if I set the emergency brake. In retrospect that is sort of logic
So before you go on the hunt for the hidden fuse, broken wire, etc., go check the easy stuff. Emergency brake, engine running (or not), hooked up to shore power (or not), etc. In my co was coach there are two pins you must remove AND a key switch that must be turned before the bed will lower. It wouldn't surprise me if the motorized drivers captains chair must be in a certain position before the bed will lower. If not put in just the right position in my rig, it prevents the bed from MH lowering.
Good luck!
