Newmar Dash Air
Hope someone can help with this question. I am in a 2017 London Aire (4519) and the air will only come out of the dash, not down below and not up top for defrost. The selector switch does not change anything. Has anyone dove into this before or have any suggestions?

The controls for the vents use vacuum from a small vacuum pump to drive the actuators position for changing the air flow.
Do you hear the pump running? If so maybe a vacuum line came off an actuator and needs to be put back on.
If not maybe blown fuse or pump is bad.
Heres link to a new pump as example

Since you have a fairly new coach I bet yours does not use vacuum but uses electric valves that open and close for the different levels. If an all electric system your problem could be from one of three parts. The control switch, the brain module, or the electric valve. My guess is your problem is going to be the valve. Problem is going to find the valve. Once you do, put a volt meter on it to verify it is getting power. If it has power and valve does not move, you have found the problem.

The attached may or not be the type of Dash AC unit you have but this might give you an idea as to what to look for.

We also had that same thing happen, and I just got it fixed...we have 2019 Entegra Insignia 37MB, with a Globus Electronics Ltd dash controller (Brazilian company)... come to find out the controller vent knob plastic post that attaches to a rotor switch on the circuit board broke...not sure how, so instead of dolling
out $850 for a new module, I attempted to super glue the plastic rod to the switch...after several tries, the super glue finally set well, and the knob now turns...although I treat it with "kid gloves" now just in case...

Knowing the brand of dash A/C is important. Early years of Evan Tempcon used vacuum to move the directional doors, newer are all-electric
This is the all-electric version: https://proairllc.com/pub/media/pdfs...ice_Manual.pdf
