Newmar Door Lock problem

Door locks are't working properly. Found out today that my coach (2007 Newmar Mountain Aire) doors are not locking with the outside keypad, dash lock button or remote. It would unlock without a problem using remote or keypad. Bay locks worked just fine. Keys work fine to lock and unlock. Only new thing done recently was replaced the start batteries. Any ideas or recommendations about how to handle? Will be calling Newmar Monday but would like to solve now.

Check all the connections on the batteries. It's possible 1 wire slipped by and didn't get hooked up to the battery.

My '09 Country Coach has a 12-wire cable that runs between the dash and door. The wires bend every time the door moves. At least one of the 12 wires freyed and, for me, the entry door lock wouldn't work. All 12 of the wires matter so it all depends on which wires break. I replaced the entire cable and everything works again. I don't know about Newmar construction so yours may be similar or quite different. Good luck!
