Newmar's Driver Display Screen

I apologize if this is too specialized for general discussion, but I couldn't anything that appeared more appropriate.

I just purchased a 2017 Newmar Ventana LE. There is a driver's display screen on the dash that is supposed to be programmable, allowing you to list favorite items. I've been trying to get it to display odometer and trip odometer for some time. It displays the odometer, but I cannot figure out how to program it to display a trip odometer or anything else for that matter. I have used the printed instructions and flow charts, but it seems following the "instructions" doesn't produce the desired results.

I have posted a similar message on a Newmar facebook group and a freightliner group and have not yet received any information about how to program this thing.

Does anyone have a simple, step-by-step way to do this? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Is this the freightliner small three line display wirh a square toggle button on the right side of the display itself?
