No 12v to generator control board

I have a 97 Fleetwood bounder Ford chassis. With Onan marquis 5000 generator. I burned up my starter trying to start it with low voltage. I replaced my starter. Now it's not sending 12v to starter solenoid. I have discovered I do not have 12v going into the controller. I do have power to the battery side of the solonoid though. My question is where does the control box 12 input come from? I see no fuses under hood allocated for this

The power for the controls of the generator are pulled right off the generator itself. There is a screw cap type fuse somewhere on the generator. All of the remote start switchs should be wired to the generator, not any RV wiring.

The power wire should be on the power side of the starter solenoid. See if it broke or was left off.

I'm not getting 12v to the controller which then is not sending 12v to the coil side of solonoid. I believe from what I've obtained so far is that terminal 11 is the 12v input to the controller. I just dont know where that wire runs to pick up 12v
doesn't the solenoid internally provide power to one side of the solonoid coil? Then controller completes the circuit to ground?

It would be a rare solenoid that gets power to the coil internally.

Even if true, there still needs to be a power wire to the control panel.
