Are you on generator, shore power or inverter? What kind of rig?

Prosine makes inverter/chargers. Find your inverter and look for resetable breakers.

Might try your generator to see if things work from it.
Most likely that you have multiple breakers plus some outlets protected by GFI. Kitchen, bath, and outside require GFI so find the GFI outlet and ensure that it’s not tripped. Not familiar with what you’re calling a converter but if it’s truly a converter then it’s job is to convert 120 vac to 12 vdc. Since you say that there is no power to the converter, you might check your transfer switch and EMS.

I've checked and there are no GFI outlets anywhere..even kitchen and bathroom...may have been changed out by previous owner. There is a GFI on the inverter/ charger and that's what I thought I reset last time...but it would not reset or was not tripped to begin with...tough to get to but going to try a few more times

You say that everything good on shore power. Does that mean that you think the shore power outlet is correct? If so, how did you test? If you lost a neutral or grd, your EMS will likely shut things down. Also, you haven’t said anything about using your generator or your inverter.

Ok you have a prosine (I do too, this helps)

You have a breaker on your main panel, likely 30 amp, that feeds the prosine, it feeds a 2nd breaker panel somewhere (may be a segment in the primary) check there

Finally pull the blank panel off the front of teh Prosine (4 small do not loose them yo uneed them later) screws

This covers the connections.. ... I had one wire nut fail.

My generator does not run at the moment. I do have one electrical outlet under the steps where the converter is that converts shore power to 12v...which gives me lights. There is a power strip under the steps plugged into that one 110 outlet that the converter is plugged into...we plugged into that strip to finish bfast and make coffee and watch a couple NFL games...now back to work on it

Do you have a voltmeter. If not then get one. You need something to see what is really happening.
