No hi beam indicator after "Roy Mueller Dim Headlight Fix"

As many of you are aware, there is a fix for the chronic dim headlights issue many of us suffer with our motorhomes. It involves the addition of relays to the headlight wiring. I did the step by step fix and everything works great, EXCEPT my blue high-beam indicator no longer illuminates in the dash panel. The stalk clicks and I can select between hi and lo beams (which do work), but no indicator to tell me they're on. I know they were working before the mod.

What did I miss? Or is this a total fluke (which I doubt).

Did you cut the wire to the high beams and connect it to the relay as the trigger, or did you tap the wire to the high beams to trigger the relay. If you cut it, you may have eliminated a path to the indicator light.

I did the hi beam the same as the lo beam as per the instructions. I will have a second look, but who knows?

Thanks and keep the suggestions coming.
