NO House Power
Welp, after 7 years i finally did a boo boo, and forgot to unhook the shore power before moving the motor home so i could clean the driveway under it. It pulled the wires out of the connectors on the reel. I got them all reconnected, you can hear the box kick on when you plug in, the breakers on the inverter are good, all the breakers in the house are good, but I got no power other then 12v. I can get the fridge to run by turning on the house battery by the steps into the MH. Also, I can not get the geny to start, does not turn over at all. Any clues?

Don’t feel bad - it’s a $1400 bill when you do that at an RV park - don’t ask me how I know.
Did the fell come loose from the coach too? If so, I would be checking the connections from the reel to where it goes to next - transfer switch, converter/inverter, etc..
If not, get out your ohmmeter, unplug the coach from shore power, and measure for continuity from each blade on the plug to its respective connection to the reel.
A lot of stress put on that cord cap when driving off.
You might also confirm you have both hots, neutral, and ground in your panel - it sees a lot of mechanical forces too that could cause wires to come undone.

So i decided to pull the breaker panel off inside the coach, i was getting hot through the black to the main breaker but not the red. Turs out i have power to the fridge, the bed plugs and the front roof AC. The red wire controls everything else. So i went back to the shore switch, i was getting no power there. It finally dawned on me to pull all the cord back off the cable and sure enough, when i wound it back up after reconnecting, the red wire had pulled out of the connector. Unfortunately i do not have any connectors big enough for the wires so i will have to go and get some tomorrow.
Question, where does the starter for the Generator get its power from, chassis batteries or house batteries? When i try and start it, it clicks a few times then does nothing.

May have tweaked the brushes in the cord reel . They also say to never move cord reel ,while coach is being powered by it.

Usually genset starter powers from house batteries. Usually you can hit your E-start switch to parallel the chassis battery and start the genset (E-start switch both ways).
But only your coach wiring diagram can tell you for sure

Yeah, i dont have the E start switch on mine. My house batteries are showing 14 volts. guess i will need to pull the cover off and check what voltage im getting at the geny

Wow - surprising - i thought just about any coach with an on-board generator and/or a set of house batteries separate from the chassis battery had an Emergency Start switch!
Do you have to turn a crank on the engine to get the engine started?
