No power to chassis (front of coach)
Just pulled in to RV Park in Sandusky Ohio. Shut my 2001 monaco Dip off and plugged in. Went back to turn the key to lower jacks and nothing. No power whatsoever up front. Everything else in the “House” side works. No dash lights, nothing when you turn the key to ACC nothing.
Any ideas? Would a local electriction be able to figure it out?

The key activates a solenoid to power the accessories.
Look for a run relay ( solenoid ) in the control box.

Ditto on twinboat, check solenoid in outside electrical bay under drivers widow, it is powered by ignition key.

In the manual it lists a Key Switch Feed fuse and a Ignition Relay. Is it one of those you are talking about?

Also, I was getting a lot of power surges on the wY up here. All my dash lights and headlights would flicker and when they did the volte gage would jump to 15-16.

They may call it the ignition relay.

Are you sure the breaker on the outside power pedestal is turned on? Turn it off and back on in case it has tripped.

Try the Emergency start switch. Hold it and listen for the solenoid, if the chassis batteries are dead there will be nothing as it is powered by the chassis batteries. Check connections on the chassis batteries , clean both + and - and check the ground to frame. If you have a multi-meter you can see the voltage on the batteries and connections. Do you have a salesman switch, it will be by the door, and the solenoid it runs is in the rear battery bay as are the main battery bank cut off switch's. The big boy solenoid goes bad and cuts power, with a multi-meter you can check voltage on each side of it and you van by pass it with jumper cables.

I'm thinking this the key to your issue^^.
You are describing an issue with chassis power as you are driving, that indicates a problem with the circuits powered by the alternator, including the chassis batteries and all connections involved.
Test the chassis batteries and, as mentioned, all connections. You may have to have the batteries checked for dead cells and load tested. Also, check the alternator as well as connections to the battery banks. A loose connection could account for all of the symptoms during driving and, additionally, a failure to charge the chassis batteries. Result, while driving you are draining your chassis batteries and operating on mostly alternator power. When parked, your chassis batteries are virtually dead.
