No power to power ports

We have a 2005 Newmar Kountry Star with a Cat engine. The cig lighters / power ports have quit working. Checking with a volt meter at times I will have battery voltage but as soon as you plug something in power goes away. I have not been able to locate a fuse or circuit breaker for the power ports. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You have a bad connection of the sort that can be hard to find. If the circuit is in a difficult place to troubleshoot, I would start by adding a new ground wire, complete, to a known good ground.

Your power reading with the meter may be due to a cross feed from the solar panel, don't ask how I found this out, keep looking for fuses , I've found 6 locations for fuses in my coach.
Pull the solar panel fuse, before you test for power in the outlet.

On the 05 KSDP,the fuse for the dash "cigarette lighter" plug is in the
basement below the driver seat. I used to own an 05 KSDP and had to replace the same fuse.

Found the fuse for the solar panel, pulled fuse and it did stop the voltage to the power ports. I then continued to look for the power port fuse and found it blown and replaced and power ports work, it was marked aux power. It was in the compartment on L/F under drivers seat. Thanks for the help.
