Noise and Carpet Removal

I’ve watched a lot of remodel videos on YouTube and don’t recall whether this topic has been addressed. We’re considering a floor remodel that would like others require removing the vinyl flooring and carpet. Although much of our carpet is covered by our slide when we travel there is still a good amount in the front toward the cab/cockpit. Will the interior noise while traveling significantly increase with the change from carpet to tile or vinyl flooring?

Thanks.

BTDT. The 8.1 is so loud to begin with I didn't notice any increase in living room noise from behind the driver seat while driving.

On the other hand the new flooring is gorgeous and the wife loves it.

Adding half inch sticky back engine compartment sound proofing, from West Marine, to the underside of the doghouse did reduce on the road noise and heat transfer.

BTW: same material worked great on the generator box walls.
