Non-reactive Door Window Shade

My 2012 Sightseer door shade isn't retracting but a little. Any ideas ?

Jim, this seems to be a common problem with the Carefree door shades (assuming that you do have the factory shade that Winnebago commonly uses). There have been several threads dealing with this especially in the Winnebago Owner's forum here at iRV2 as well as threads in other iRV2 forums. Before you replace the shade with another brand, one poster suggested removing the four plastic plugs and the screws holding it and spraying both ends of the roller/shaft with silicone spray. He then reinstalled it and claimed it works just like new and goes all the way up every time.
