Not only delayed order...

... but double charged. Anybody besides me having trouble with our "beloved" Camping World new online order system. Ordered, and of course, paid for a number of parts online on the 6th and got the usual notice the next day that the order was acknowledged. The following day, my credit card shows three pending charges for the total amount of the of order, and when I checked today, was without my computer for three days, two of the three charges had cleared and were posted to my CC account. I called CW and at least was told that the second charge would reversed, but on the continuing delay of the order, all the customer service rep could do was tell me the order was was listed as "in processing".

I quit doing business with CW a long time ago.
(They were already unreliable and overpriced before there was an internet).

If Amazon doesn't have it, you don't need it.

Over the past few years, I've found both higher and lower prices at CW, and until this order, I've had no difficulties from their CS. I've been using Amazon on some of my orders, but after this, think I'll be doing more through Amazon.

Just call your cc company and dispute the charge. Sometimes easier than dealing with CW.

I've used Wally World a number of times, especially when staying in a small town in the Piney woods of east Texas, but have noticed that they have cut the number of RV products they carry over the past two to three years. The reversal of the duplicate charge was posted as of this morning, now let's see if I can get the products in a reasonable time frame. It's been a week and its still listed as pending.

If buying RV related online, you need to shop at RVUPGRADES. COM. The owner started iRV2 and provides excellent service and prices.

Too many other vendors available. CW is the very last/emergency resort.

Just a follow up on my earlier posts. I have finally gave up on Camping World and their online ordering system after several days of trying to get through their various "Customer Service" phone numbers and two email inquires. Have let the phones ring for as long as twenty minutes with no answers on any of their phones or any response to the two emails. As advised in earlier responses, I'll take my business elsewhere. I called my CC company today to file a dispute on the charge since I have not got the product or responses to my inquires.

Agreed! I'm actually surprised at the results and total collapse of their customer service. Over the years, I've had reasonably good service from the online store. Old saying, "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me". I'll quit now and home I can get my $78 or the products.
