Ohio Newmar service tech needed

We have a few issues to address on our 2018 Dutch Star 4362 before we plan to leave Thanksgiving weekend. We just returned from a 9w trip where we developed a leak in the HWH hydraulic reservoir or it's pump. We want to get it serviced, but Grand Rapids dealership where purchased is booking into 2021 already. The factory will be even longer.
Also have issue with the freshwater fill gauge stuck @ zero, even after multiple manual fills.
Does anyone know of a reputable service tech or shop in northern Ohio that works on Newmars? Willing to travel a bit for reliable service.
we have heard Newmar has a fleet of mobile techs in Florida, and could consider this also. Anyone with experiences using them would also be appreciated.

Steve,

You could try Mainline Truck & Trailer 440.439.7777
360 Solon Road Bedford Ohio 44146.
Ask for "Nick".
They have worked on numerous Entegra Forum member 's Coach's including my own and to my knowledge do good, reasonable work.

You jogged my memory when rereading the post about mobile Service in Florida.
While in Port St. Lucie last year a King-Aire was getting work done by a Newmar certified repair Mobile unit.
New-Serv - 800.731.8300,

In addition, there is NIRVC 1350 Hurricane Shoals Road NE Lawrenceville Georgia - 770.979.4051 that while a bit out of route to Florida may be able to assist. They may have also opened a new facility in Nashville Tn.

Have you called Newmar Service to see if they can recommend someone in the area?

On the tank leak, have you checked that the filler cap is secure? Spray the unit thoroughly with some 409 or other cleaner, rinse with a hose, light it dry and see if you can locate a leak. Even if you don't do your own repairs, spotting where the fluid is leaking, like a hose or valve, is invaluable to a repair service, especially a mobile one. Who knows, might just be a valve that needs tightening.

Thanks for the suggestions Don. Planned get some Gunk engine cleaner & check this after we get the coach back from the glass shop - third windshield in 3 yrs !?!? That's a different topic.
Newmar will not suggest local service. There are 2 Newmar dealers in Ohio, but as we've heard before, if it wasn't their sale they schedule their buyers first.
Might schedule Newmar mobile while in FL next mo.

I wouldn't use Gunk on the HWH unit, it might be a little harsh. There are a lot of electrical components attached to that tank. Use some Dawn in a spray or 409. I really like Zep 505 at Home Depot.

I've had some work done at Avalon RV and have been pleased with their service. They replaced an AC unit (under warranty) and did some paint and repair work after an accident as well as adjusting the main slide out.

Look for a good freightliner shop. The problem you describe is a mechanical one that reputable shop can easily diagnose and estimate and then fix for you. It is true that these systems are added to the chassis by newmar but it's is also true it's no different than then working on a dump truck. Just start off with a call. Two of the big diesel shops in my little town work both commercial trucks and RVs side by side.
