I do have a rinse valve on the Black tank, but the sudsy water from the grey tank does a better job of rinsing out the slinky. Years ago you could empty the grey tank into a storm sewer or even just on to the ground. Black tank with human waste had to be emptied in a proper sewage or septic system. There also was an attachment that macerated black tank and sprayed into the exhaust pipe to burn it up. Of course that was a few billion people ago and we've tightened up environmental laws since then.
