My second fan controler replacement in the bathroom stopped working in my 2004 Dutch Star. I called Newmar and was told my fans are outdated and they have no replacement parts.
Customer service at fantastic fan's also told me they no longer support my model.
Anyone know how to solve this problem without replacing a totally good fan

Years ago, the company would send you replacement parts or a new fan, no charge. Happened to me once. I was sent a reversible fan where I only had an output fan.

They were acquired by Atwood Mobile RV Products in 2010 and I suppose the customer service model has changed.

I've bought parts for older fans from rvvent.com. Atwood referred me to them. Here's a link to their Web site.

Call Fantastic Fan direct 800 521-0298 ext. 1147-34. Her name is Sharon G. Seriously fantastic customer service. I have had the pleasure to talk to her a couple times over the past year. She will take care of you. I have had them send me replacement parts for both my 06 fantastic fans as recently as this summer. Not expensive and she makes sure you are getting exactly what you need.
