Onan Wireless Generator Auto-Start EC-30W

I have a Generac QP75D and was wondering if anyone has adapted one of these to a Generac of if they offer a universal harness to do so.

I don't see why it would not work but that is why I am asking.

I think this would be a great addition to any coach.

Ted.

While the EC-30W is a neat Auto Start for many Onan generators. It is expensive and only has plug-in cables for the model generators it fits.
Have you looked at the other auto start units out there. Or does you MH already have a Generator Auto Start?

I have not come across any other Auto start systems but I have not looked very hard Either, if you can recommend something I would be greatful.

I see that they only offer Y harnesses for their own generators but I don't think it would be rocket science to make the proper connections for it to work on any remote start Generator Harness as I would think they all have similar systems.

Basically I was looking to see if anyone had adapted one to they're different brand generator and if all went smooth.

I will More than Likely buy one and Hook it up.

If you have the standard GS panel like the one in this picture.

You can add a Magnum AGS-S Stand Alone auto start. That's what I have on my generator. Cost less than $300. I got one off EBAY for $120. Works good and will keep your batteries charged and MH cool when it's hot out. Here is a link to Magnums site.
If I could get a good deal on the EC30W I would give it try.
