One running light out

On my tour, the driver side lower running light is not working. Brake, turn and emergency work fine on all lights. I can't seem to figure out how to remove the cover. There is one obvious bolt on the lower right side of the cover as it has a cut out large enough for a ratchet extension. The upper right side does not have a cut out and there isn't enough space to use a ratchet extension.

any thoughts would be greatly appreciated! ....

Have you inspected the back of the light housing to see if it has a twist-out bulb holder like headlamps?

Yes, it does have twist out bulbs..but only for the back up light.... turn, brake and emergency are LED ...I was able to figure out how to remove the light itself...apparently bottom and top lights are bracketed together so they have to come out together. That said... the LED that is out works for other functions just not for running lights... no wires are loose...so I'm still at a loss of what is causing the issue.

Sometimes those are sealed units. Some ledís, maybe not yours, have to be replaced.
