If I were to custom design mine, here's a couple of things that have impressed me in my many trips to the RV shows and the 20 plus years we've owned a motorhome:
1. See if you can get real leather for your driver and passenger seats. Sofas too if you wish. That pleather stuff is crap.
2. I saw a coach that had the kitchen up front with the reefer just inside the door. When you are loading food, you don't have to tramp through the whole coach to load the reefer. Also, if you need a cold drink while you are outside, the access is easy.
3. Be sure the TVs are placed so that you can see them without turning your head.
4, Too many coaches today are painted black on the outside. As a result, the coach gets hotter than blazes in the sun and overloads the A/Cs. I would choose lighter colors.
5. Get an induction cooktop. We bought two of those cheap things on TV, one for the house and one for the RV. Haven't cooked with electric or gas stoves in 5 years.

I would like to have a roof top deck with a pop up railing. Ideally there would also be pop up chairs that are secured to the roof. I would also need a spiral staircase that could easily be assembled on the exterior as I would not want to use space inside. Imagine being next to the ocean or near the ocean on your roof top. You could also go to grandkids football / baseball / softball games and watch from a distance but have a good view. I would love to be out west boondocking, binoculars in hand, and coffee in hand sitting on the top gazing over the horizon.

I would like to have a powerful camera up front, outside with night vision that sends a signal to my TV system. I would want to control the camera from inside. I would use it to see nature up close while enjoying the comforts of my Newell. I could explore some areas in the country in the mountains without scaring away what I’m viewing.

I would get the biggest big screen TV that will fit in an exterior bay. It is vital to see the best replays possible so as to make sure I clearly see every error made by the referees against my favorite NFL team!

Someone suggested heated floors and I totally second that, if it isn't standard. It's heavenly to walk barefoot on my warm floors and the backup blower heat rarely comes on. It's a pleasant, non drying heat that's silent and efficient.
A well-built sticks & bricks home rarely has freezing floors, but it's so common in an RV.

Solely from my car driving, heated front seats with heating pads on the bottom and the back areas, which probably are standard on a Newell. If you have any back problems, even temporarily, heated seats really help.

Ventilated or air conditioned seats are not a need for me unless I'm wearing short pants. The front seats are not going to get baked by the sun as they do in a car.

And my absolute favorite? A heated steering wheel! "It's not just for winter." I use my heated steering wheel even in the 50's and 60's as my extremity circulation has, ummm, "decreased".

Massaging seats? I've never had them in a vehicle however our motorhome has heated, powered, massaging recliners directly in front of the TV.

Our fireplace is directly underneath the main living area TV and the recliners are directly in front of the TV in a narrower part of the coach. It doesn't get much better than turning the lights down, stretching out on the heated recliner with your socks off, and letting the fireplace keep your toesies warm. Yeah, I know, TMI. Sorry.

Correct, we do not care for the floor plans where the TV is set on an angle from the seats. My wife has neck problems so she needs good neck support, which the recliners provide, and she would have problems with a TV set placed on an angle.

One more thing to add for consideration. Foretravel on their high end coaches has a really nice commerical driver's air seat. After having several trucks with the air seat, it's the one thing I really miss in our MONACO. I'd sure specify an air seat for at least the driver, but it would be nice for the navigator also.

Our Tesla has really good voice controls. Once you get used to this, it's hard not to use in preference to buttons and knobs. If Newell can give you this option, go for it.

If you're going to tow, a second rear video camera that concentrates on the hitch and hookup would sure make this operation easier if you are backing to a trailer.

Friends of mine bought a slightly used Newell and they really didn't like the refrigerator/freezer drawers. They said that in practice it was awful to use and find what you are looking for in it. -Bill

This is the most over the top coach I’ve seen, but should give you lots of design ideas! A 2022 Newell.
The entire video is 57 min long, so if you are busy skip forward to 26 min and look at the audio visual system. This guy owns a high end AV design company so they installed an extremely high end AV system in this coach.
Then skip forward to 39 min and look at the outside grill.
Then at 52 min look at the outside accent lighting.
This thing even has bibs for the fuel filler spout!
The interior and exterior are a little wild for my taste but, I can appreciate the labor that went into it.
