Yes so i drove the front up on 8” tall ramps, then built up wood under the front hydraulic jack, raised it to max position. I still had to lay the unit on its side and i used a chainfall rigged up to the upper suspension beam to drag it up and raise it vertical. Then some prybar work and wood shimming to get it high enough to get the jack under it. Then bolt on the radiator side plate…
I hope i never have to take it out lol.

And here she is.
Ive ran it with the cover on last night..not much change in sound tbh. The vibrations do transfer into the cabin unfortunately. Guess the new motor mounts are quite stiff.
Minor annoyance, is what it is. Reliability, cost and ease of running out weigh the noise level/vibrations.

Working on the seating arrangement.

All 5 chairs swivel, lock forward and backward, recline, 6 way power with heat.

Window trim and tables in the works
