IMO, the above is something you should pay attention to.

Now because the above has a W/D that may cut into your CCC quite a bit but I don't know what the overall capacity is of this coach. Having a lot of CCC is important to us. Not sure about you.

The OP has already said they're not going DP because of cost. It's not just the cost of the coach but the cost of maintenance, break down cost and insurance. DP's just cost more overall to own over gas rigs. This is not debatable. It's just a fact.

Now getting to the OP's initial coach you liked the "Miramar".

Our best friends that just sold everything and went FT and bought a 2017 Miramar new. They love it and haven't had any problems with it at all. Yes it's at that sweet spot @ 35' 3", king bed etc, etc.. I personally don't like the full wall slide (FWS) and am NOT a fan of Thor products either but they haven't had any trouble or issues with the coach overall. Also, the Miramar fits just about all your check boxes.

I'm not endorsing the Miramar, but just giving you a benchmark of what we now.

We are also very happy with our coach, so I wouldn't hesitate recommending Winnebago but we haven't looked at the new ones. Customer support and post sales support for us has been fantastic and we're the second owners and out of warranty.

Good luck my friend.

There must be a lot of rigs out there with walking space between them, even when the slides are closed. We removed the dinette and rv couch in ours so we could sleep on a recliner wall away unit.
Going full time, I can't even imagine not having that wide open space when opposing slides are out. JMHO.
We also yanked the heavy overhead tv out and use that space as an extra storage for linens and such. The flat screen was hung there and although it can be took down easily, we have on multiple occasions left it there while traveling with no dire outcome.
As others have said, gasser for me. Don't want or need the added expense of diesel parts and mechanics. (this from a 40 year journeyman diesel mechanic) We don't come cheap.
