Out of round wheels
Does anyone know where to get a replacement wheel for a 2000 Fleetwood Southwind on the F53 chassis. GVWR is 20,500, and the original wheels are Accuride 8-lug with the Fort part number of F81D-1015AC. Max weight for the wheel is 3750 lbs. The part number is obsolete and no one has been able to cross reference a substitute wheel. The Accuride number is 29236. Would an 8 lug wheel for an F450 or F550 maybe work? I just can’t get another Accuride made between 1999-2001 because they were manufactured out of round and can’t seem to find an aftermarket substitute. Thanks.

Try one of the big RV junkyards like Colaws, or Visones, a couple of years ago I was shopping for a spare wheel in order to carry a spare tire for my 2002 Workhorse chassis coach, Colaws was quoting $75 plus freight at the time for a 19.5 inch wheel, I ended up paying $50 for one at a local junkyard that I drive by at least once a week.

Some info that may help...
'99 - '04 F450, F550 and F53 used wheels with an 8x255mm bolt circle. It was also used on the '04 E550. It is unique to these vehicles.
F450, F550, and E550 used 19.5x6 wheels. There were both steel (Accuride) and aluminum (Alcoa) wheels available.
F53s used both the 19.5x6 wheels (as on the F450, F550, and E550), and 19.5x6.75 wheels that are unique to the F53. 6" wide on lesser GVWRs and 6.75" on the higher ones.
The 2000 F53 with a 20,500 GVWR used the 6.75" wide wheels.
245mm wide tires are rated to be used on 6.75" or 7.5" wide wheel. Too wide for 6" wheels (but is often done).
(Later F450, F550, and F53s used wheels with a 10x225 bolt circle.)
(Also, F53s that used 22.5" wheels have a 8x275mm bolt circle.)

According to an older Accuride catalog, on page 51 ( go HERE for catalog), the "potential" replacement for the 29236 is 29585. Yes, it's a F450/F550 application.
As you can see, the 29585 has the following specs: 19.5 x 6.75RW (wheel size), 8H - 225mm (hole), 5.50 (inset).
There are several manufacturers that make an equivalent to the 29585 like this one ... go HERE
If you look at the bottom of the "Product Specifics," you'll see that it matches the Ford part number you've posted and also the Accuride part 29585 which is what Accuride claims could be a "potential" replacement for the 29236.
What I'd suggest is to call Accuride and see if the 29585 can be used as an exact substitute for the 29236. If it is, you're in business and have a bunch of choices where you can purchase an equivalent wheel.

How do you know it's out of round? BTW, did you use wheel stud centering tool before tightning? Known issue on F53. There are posts on the issue.

There is a TSB for vibration at certain speeds (i.e. 45-60 mph) caused by the rims not centering on the hub. I have this issue on my 1999 F53. The problem is that the lug holes on the rim were a little oversize.
The solution is to use centering sleeves when installing the rims on the hub. On mine, this eliminated the funny vibration at 55 mph.
