Outlaw front bunk

Have a 2017 Outlaw 37BG. Had a problem with front bunks in April 2018. CW replaced the driver side motor along with the gear rails on both side.
Looks like the same problem has now occured on the rider side.
Has anyone experienced this problem?
I am now out of warranty.
Have good Sam but I'm afraid it may be excluded in my plan.

Update question; does anyone know where the front bunk controller would be found on an Outlaw . Switch is located in cabinet above front entrance.
